Biesmeyer/Delta Saw Guard

I purchased a used Biesmeyer/Delta Saw Guard that was not complete and was missing the vertical support tube that attaches to the front left of a unisaw and supports the horizontal tube / blade guard above the table top. I was wondering what height the horizontal support is typically mounted above the table top. Also, what is the typical distance between the front of the blade guard and the front of the saw blade,
