No I didn't make the "pallette", the customer supplied them--CNC'd, varnished all ready to go. As far as my CW---I haven't even turned it on in over 4 years--this thing has less than 20 hours of run time on it!! I just never use it, need one????

I generally like microbrews (pretty much anything amber and darker, usually) and I like bourbon, but Bourbon County Stout just didn't do it for me. It was too sweet and too bourbon-y for my "palette". The palettes look good, though.
