Does anyone have some line design like what is shown on this candle holder that they would be willing to share. Folk art, christmas and nature scene all greatly accepted.

Here's a file for the box itself. You can insert any vector file you want
to have it cut out.

The Elipse is about right for a votive candle, but if you change it to 1"
you can pick up a night light fixture that will clip into that 1' hole and
then you won't have to worry about fire. The lamps are 5-7 watts and
don't get that warm. Found a pic here: http://www.lightsforalloccasions.com/p-57-designer-clip-light-brown-cord-1-clear-bulb.aspx

but I get them at the Dollar Store for um .... $1

ps .. if you go for the clip light, you'll need to modify the box file so there
is a place for the lamp cord to come through.

Hey Chuck,
We have Family Dollar store, Dollar Tree, Dollar General, Dollar Max, Texas Dollar, Giant Dollar, Super Dollar, King Dollar, One Dollar Store, Just a Dollar Store, Dollar Queen (not going there but it is here;) ), Dollar Express and a bunch of other Dollar type Mom & Pop shops here in Houston, Texas. Is the one you are talking about any of the above?

no, I think at those stores they're $1.01 total ripoff. :p

Sometimes they'll sell them as pumpkin lights. Or some sort
of Xmas light you can put inside something. But if you're going
to put any sort of paper in the box (I cut parchment sheets so
you can see the cutout even without the light) it makes sense
to use a bulb instead of flame.

(although I know of a few people I'd love to give a candle to..
and line the box with flash paper..)

Thanxs Sheryl that is what I'm looking for, do you happen to have the file for the flowers below it also? the ones that are engraved or is that part of the file you sent? I cannot access the CDR file from where I am right now.

Sorry, Cassondra.. not sure what's happening. I just tried it at home and it opened,
but I think that's also the computer I sent it from. I'll try from the shop too.
Do you need a particular version? I think it was saved in X3. I'll do it in 9

ps .. someone posted a version months ago, so I re-did it for 1/8" ply
As for Michaels, Hobby Lobby etc. yes I've found them there .. usually $5.95

I have been selling these like hot cakes w/nativity ornaments. Also the hummingbird has sold very well. I've had to resize the hole for a different votive candle and ran out.

Merry Christmas
