That's a lot of text. I'd just set it nicely in appropriate fonts.

Lucida Blackletter works well for the titles and Lucida Calligraphy and Lucida Bright will harmonize nicely w/ it.

I just did it as a raster image.. came out fine. There's many high res versions
online that will engrave very well.
