I need to vector cut holes in foam in order to protect cylindrical glass vials for shipping within a wooden outer box. Does anyone know of a better supplier than Uline? I can't really find much in the way of comparison prices. Do you have a favorite supplier you go to for foam?

While I'm asking about supply pricing: Any thoughts on $120 for a 4' x 8' x 1/8" clear acrylic sheet?

Thanks!

Any thoughts on $120 for a 4' x 8' x 1/8" clear acrylic sheet?FWIW, 2'x4'x0.092" was about $40 last month at Home Depot, ie. $160 for 4'x8'. (That's about double from a year ago IIRC.)

That should run about $100-110. You need to find a local wholesale supplier. We have about 6 in the Seattle area, so I can
shop around. I pay about $200 for 1/4" in 4x8 sheets. One vendor will cut to size free, another charges a small fee to cut
and others do not cut.

How well does the foam cut?? You can cut 1" thick foam without it melting?? What kind of settings are you using?
