You may rember a while back I broke 2 crown tools while making the lid for my B&B entries. Woodworkers Source exchanged the one I got from them while Woodcraft gave me an e-mail to contact Crown. I e-mailed them in England and explained to them what had happened to my Pro pM bowl gouge. They promptly sent out a new tool no questions asked. While I wish Woodcraft would have just exchanged it, Crown took care of business right away. I give Crown an "A" for their warranty service but a "B" in tool design. The metal was only about 1 inch into the handle, I believe that's what caused the breakage in the first place. I've since added a Glaser 15v to my collection so if it ever happens again, I won't have to worry.
