Made this dish out of a core from a bigger blank. Ambrosia maple, about 11" x 2". Trying some new things for staging the pics. Finish is Deft Satin Brushing Lacquer, then 3 wheel buffed. Thanks for looking.

Great looking bowl Nate. How stable is it with the smallish foot. Just curious as most of my utility bowls I try to make the foot 1/3 of the rim.

Bernie, it's not stable, at all. Purely decorative. Giving too my SIL and BIL

Nate - I love the shape. The ladies love a small foot such as this for "decorative" bowls.....that they put things in. Great job.

Elegant piece. The small foot sets it apart from the "using" pieces and puts it in another class. Job well done.
