Grounding Oneida dust sentry

Hi All,

I have the Dust Sentry Unit and I keep meaning to install the grounding strap they now reccomend But I forget where they want it? I seem to remember they wanted the strap to go from the cone to the band at the bottom of the cone? It is not coverd in the instructions and they are obviously closed today.

they show it grounded to one of the bolts that attaches the dust sentry to the dust collection chamber. They show a ground line from the bolt to a washer that lays on the concrete floor.
