Anyone know where I can get a 3/8 ID collet?

I am making some turning tools and need a collet or reducer to stick in my handle so i can swap out different 3/8 size bars. This is a small tool so my handle is only going to be about 8 inches or less. I looked at Enco but can seem to locate what I am looking for.
