Hiya, welcome here - do you have a website or some samples of your work?
I do an interesting variation of "stained"glass using our laser and perspex. I laser the outlines of the pieces into the pex and use a liquid "lead" that I get from craft shops in the grooves, applied using a squeeze type bottle with a thin tip which then gives us a protruding bead (I am not conversant with the terms used in stained glass ) and then use a translucent glass paint or sometimes a tinted clear resin in the dams created this way. Once done , due to the flexibility of the liquid lead bead and the glass paint , the item can be heat formed, drape formed or bent to a certain degree.
