Hi all, I want to make my own clocks using the laser engraver, I need a good source to get battery operated clocks, I looked at Michaels but they want like $10.00 each, I'd like to find a cheaper source......

Thank you

Google Klockit

I get them by the dozen at under $3 each and you can choose the hands.

Sometimes I buy the whole clock as I find it cheaper than
just buying the parts. How crazy is that?

Klock-It isn't exacty cheap, but they have a variety of clocks and parts.

If you go in the back door of klockit you will find the wholesale division and that is called Primex. The prices are much better. The web site is www.primexusa.com (http://www.primexusa.com)

As long as someone brought up the subject of clocks, does anyone know where to get powerful clocks. I have an idea for a clock that is two rings that rotate around each other with no hands but every clock movement I have tried hasn't had the power to turn it for more than 5 minutes.

You might want to look at http://www.nationalartcraft.com/categoryA.asp?gid=2&cid=3 for reasonable cost and also for heavy duty movements.
