I read an article on WK Fine Tools yesterday about sandblasting files to sharpen them, http://www.wkfinetools.com/hUS-mechTools/z_reading/1878-SharpeningFiles-Engineering/1878-SharpeningFiles-Engineering-01.asp. I thought it was worth a shot as a lot of my files are old. At worst, an old hardly useable file would just become an old not useable file. At best, I could breathe a little life into them. I think it works ok. Though I'm tempted to do a slightly more scientific study of the process.
Has anyone else here tried it?

Thanks, Bruce. I just wasn't sure, I should re-read the rules.
