Holder for trophy base help...

Since many posters here may be involved in awards businesses,
I'm hoping someone might have info on the "holder" shown here.

I need to duplicate it for a client. It was on a square base piece of
marble and in the shape of two leaves. A screw retracts in the back
and tightens to hold an object. In this case a plate. It fits on
the top of the trophy base and a has a screw that drops through
a hole in the center and is tightened with a nut like all trophy tops.

I have looked for hours and would appreciate any tips.

I have been in the awards industry for over 15 years and never saw one of those. The first and only place I would check is Tropar and I really don't think they would have it. I don't think it was actually made for the awards field. I may be wrong but just don't think so. Sorry.
