I have 2 pieces of Corian 32 x 32 and 28 x 42.
I want to make a small bench for glue ups and light
assembly. This will have locking wheels on each leg.
Any imput would be apreciated. Thanks in advance,

hmm, a lot of open ended information to be had.

First question is how tall are you? that will affect your bench height. I am 6'4" and my bench height is 34". This also gives me longer arms to reach across the bench, so a 32" wide/deep bench is no problem for me, but someone shorter may have a harder time reaching across for a tool.

If this is purely an assembly table, I would make it as large as possible. If you plan on doing work/tooling, your setup will vary.

Most cabinets will be about 22"-24" deep, so you need at least that plus a few inches more on each side for room to work on them.

This will be for glue ups for segmented turning. Jewelry boxes ect.
Also small trestle tables and benches. Part time catch all.

Corian is not too thick. 1/2"? It will scratch like crazy in a hard working environment but, if that's not an issue, I'd glue it to a substrate to add strength and keep it level. Size is gonna be up to you.

Never glue Corian to a substrate. just support it about every 24". My Corian work benches and router tops don't scratch.

Have fun
