Splash guard for rotary tool?

For detailed cleaning of things, I find it handy to use mechanics hand cleaner and scrub it with a stiff brush in the chuck of rotary tool. But this flings the hand cleaner all over. Is there a product made for rotary tools that functions like a splash guard in such an application?

This is a polishing hood commonly used in the dental field. They are about $50, but looking at the picture, something similar could be fabricated cheaply.
