I took a whole shop picture, so you can see the new sink. It has hot water, and I used garden hose and a 50 gal plastic drum upstairs. The sink drains into a gravel filled trench outside my 24x 40 pole barn.
The second floor is not organized yet, it was the home of a few benches and my lathe, but I brought that downstairs. All my lumber is upstairs, awaiting reorganization. I have a pellet stove, and two Empire direct vent propane heaters. It was 25 degrees last night, and the shop was 60 still at 10pm, with just the pellet stove working. The floor will remain open at the car area, I have a sportscar I park over the winter, and there is always a project with that. Three years ago I used that space to build a woody version teardrop trailer.
