I've just discovered how much fun it is to make bowls and trays with my router. Unfortunately, I used the last piece of 3/8 polycarbonate I had for a new 12"X12" base. Now I need to make a larger base for my next, and giant, tray.

Can anyone recommend where I can purchase clear polycarbonate in 18"X18" or larger pieces?

Don't know where you live but hit the yellow pages for a plastic distributor or a sign maker in your area. They can be a good source of part sheets or scraps [to them].

Thanks for the leads all. For a 24X24 piece of 3/8" Polycarbonate McMaster is $68, US Plastics is $56, while E Street Plastics is $31. I'll need to call around and see what the local prices are from sign makers. I never thought of calling sign makers.
