I picked up a box of items at an auction and included was this planer/jointer blade sharpening jig. Does anyone recognize who the manufacturer is or what grinder system it was meant to be used with?

If it helps to identify it, this tray was also inside which maybe was used with the grinder:

Both pieces look like the ones on my Makita 9820-2 wet grinder. The little tank is the water drip for the wheel.

Check out Harbour Freight too. I saw one that looked like that on one of their water grinders.

+1 on the Makita. Looks just like mine, except a different color.

Looks sort of like the set from my Woodcraft wet grinder (NLA), too:

Makita. And, for those who want to spend a gazillion bucks, my Makita has been a workhorse without all the S'sharp, low speed vertical grinder, 10,000 option sharpening stuff. If I remember correctly, Highland Woodworking used the Makita for years without a problem.

Not connected with Makita or Highland.
