I've wanted one of these for years - finally found one. Gave $90 for it. Owner had the orignal manual, the tools and a complete set of drums. No extra sleeves though....local home center has them - but they seem spendy - $19.00 for a 6 pk of a single grit/size.

Pop off the gear cover under the unit and make sure it as enough grease.

I get my sleeves from Klingspor. Pretty good prices, good sleeves.

Industrial Abrasives sells the sleeves too. I'm not sure about $ once you figure the shipping in.

Did that, the grease was pretty hard / stiff. Couldn't find any of the brand listed in the manual (Lubriplate?) in local stores, so I used some white lithium grease I had.
