Cutting 1/16 acrylic - technique question

Is it better to try and cut with one pass at higher power - or 2x with a lower power?
Or does it matter at this size?

If it doesn't matter, at what size WILL it matter ?

Using a 25-watt'er if it matters.

One pass for sure..You should slice thru like butter - even with 25w - time is money , try get thruput the fastest you can without overcompromising quality
