Richard Raffan will be coming to town next week on his way to the NC Woodturning Symposium where he will be a featured demonstrator. He will be giving a demo at out club (Blueridge Woodturners) on Monday and I was able to get a spot in a full day hands on session on Wednsday! Definitely a good reason to take a day off work... Will then catch him and others that weekend at the NC symposium. Great week to look forward to!

I am coming to the demo on Monday evening ........several of our club members are driving down to Fincastle. Maybe we can have a greeting of "Creekers."

Wow...that's pretty cool Bob. I'm sure you and others in the club will benefit immensely from some hands on with a great woodturner like Richard. Have fun...hope to see you at the symposium!

Congrats. Maybe I'll see you at the symposium. I'm driving up from Florida (I have family in Winston-Salem and up on the mountain.) Be nice to do a creeker get together there!
