Hmm, I've tried a lot of different materials on the lathe, but I can't say I ever considered a cauliflower. I've seen the curly fries one - at least those look tasty...

I'm not going to lie...I'll be making some curly fries before weeks end. No doubt.

The cauliflower was very impressive...that would be a great piece of conversation at a dinner party.

Great video. Cindy is my favorite turner, and if it can be turned, she can do it. Her site shows her amazing level of turning.

@ Marty ^^ I'll be trying it too! Showed my lad, who's a picky eater - he thought it was amazing! He even offered to catch the turnings, but at 5 years old, he's a bit short!
For David ^ I was thinking the same thing! I should think there are people out there daft enough to get her to do that for big parties...
