Didn't want to say anything until I had the item in my possession. Just picked up a Hegner Multimax 22V on the three legged stand in top notch shape for $300. I think that's a good saw and a great price. I may have messed up some deals for someone else. same lady had a big Grizzly 16" cast iron band saw she was asking $300 for. I was sorely tempted, but after I beat back those feelings I advised her to ask more for the saw. It was a real beast and seemed to be in great shape. Had the 1.5 HP, 240 Volt motor. She also had a Makita 12" planer. Looked to be in good shape, but I wasn't really interested in it, so didn't ask any questions. Anyone interested in that band saw might check out the Birmingham, AL CL. Can't be positive, but I think it's the one listed as:
GRIZZLEY BAND SAW - $350That's all of the description, no pictures, so that may explain why she hasn't gotten any bites. I would have assumed it was one of the smaller models and thought that was too high a price.

Think I found that Makita planer, it's listed as
MAKITA PLANER - $250
Described as 12 inch planer, no pictures.

No picture, didn't happen, so here is a quick snap from my wife's phone.

The Hegner V22 is a $1300 saw new, right? I'd say you did pretty good!
