North Bros push drill, nr 30 rebuild?

Picked up a nr 30 last week and soon discovered that the clutch/cog mechanism slips under medium pressure. Anyone know how to rebuild/repair a Nr. 30? Thanks, Philip

There's a pdf manual on "Breakdown and Assembly of Yankee Screwdrivers" on Stanley's customer support page. I think you need to enter "Yankee" on their FAQs search and scroll down a bit.
