File size that can be attached

I was trying to attach a file to get some help on, but I was not able to upload it. The file is a PDF and is 2.75 meg. I tried to zip it , but that didn't help. Is it because of the size or me?

I am trying to trace a PDF, is Corel the best program to use?

The max file size for a zip file is 2 meg.
Both Corel Draw and Aspire have decent trace features. For me if one fails to give me a suitable result I try the other.
