I entered this ornament in the AAW ornament contest. This is made from Bethlehem Olive with some thin slices of walnut between the segments. It's 6.5" x 1.75".

This one placed second. There were some really nice ornaments is the contest.

Curt, you did well!! Coming in second is pretty darn good in my book - great little ornament. I bet one of your laminated bells would have done well, too.

Nice job Curt. I've been looking for finial ideals and yours is excellent. Congratulations on second.
