I'll be attending a wedding in GR at the end of the month, does anyone have any suggestions on where to check out any wood turning products, tools, wood??? I see there is a Woodcrafters, and Harbor Frieght on 28th street.

Hi Paul, I live in Grand Rapids. WoodCraft is about the only store in GR of a woodworking nature. The Grand Rapids Museum has a section on woodworking history: furniture, old machinery, and volunteers turning on an old century old lathe. And of course there is always the Creeker visit......me:D:D:D. I have a ton of wood in my garage that has been there for several years. I don't know what you turn but I suspect we can find a couple of chunks for ya. I have been turning down wood like crazy until existing wood is gone. My decision....and it is very painful. I need help:) Let me know. Dick
