Freeman Nailers

I did do a search and there are a few older threads on the Freeman nailers, but Woodcraft has the Nalier/Pinner combo on clearance for $53.54. For those that have the pinner, is it reliable? I realize it is a low end pinner, but I don't expect to use it a lot.

The problem with that, and a lot of others is that they only shoot 1" pins. Even the Harbor Freight one does that well. If you want to tack 3/4" material that's not going to work too well.
