View Full Version : Another laminated and segmented ornament

This one is done essentially the same as the bells but instead of putting a handle in the top, I stuck a collar and head on it and some wings on the back. The wood in the body is poplar with 5 ply 1/4" birch plywood glued in. The head and wings are Aspen.
It's 5" tall, sprayed with deft rattle can gloss lacquer.

That is really nice Curt. The lamination really brings out the character of the piece.
