Have a customer who needs metal tags, numbered 1-100, about 1/2" to 3/4" wide by 2" long, 2 holes to rivet to a bike tube. I am looking for either anodized blanks that I can do myself or a supplier to do the whole job. I have sent a message to Chewbarka but since I've never received any replies in the past I'm not sure I'll hear back. Any other suppliers of custom anodized blanks out there?

Thanks for any ideas.

I'm in the middle of doing something similar. Elliptical tags that rivet onto Jeep racks. I chose to Cermark stainless steel plates and then press into a curve afterwards (it works fine). There are quite a few sizes at McMaster Carr for short runs. I have an inquiry with http://www.idplates.com for bulk orders.

Anyone with a shear and a punch can do that job. You're talking about maybe an hours labor. You could even do the job with a sheer, drill, and sander if you don't have a punch.

Main Trophy Supply would be someone to call if you have to outsource the job.
