The Vega Pro 50L has a Fence Bar 50" long.

The front rail is 2" diameter and the mount puts it out about a half inch.

My only experience is with 27" deep tables, front to back.

Is there another standard, say a 46" table that this fence is capable of managing?

How deep does one anticipate this fence's capacity?

I have emailed Vega, but figured someone here might know this already.

Thanking all in advance

Vega was kind enough to respond 1st thing this morning. The Vega Pro50L can manage a table 42" front to back.
Which is a lot of real estate.

Bruce - I have the Vega 40 Pro installed on my old craftsman t/s. Man I love it. I think it's only 27" deep. Yeah, that is a table saw with alot of real estate. Once you get it dialed in, you're gonna be amazed!

That is very kind. I am building another one of those aircraft carrier cabinets. This will be 42"x60" and have the TS on the left front corner and another TS top that is being machined for a router lift plate just in a bit from the front right corner running right to left rather than on the end of the table. This way the cabinet can stay against the garage wall most of the time or be pulled out from the wall or moved to the middle of the garage for breaking down ply sheets. I think the saw and the router will be far enough away so that I can keep both set up and working at the same time.
