Jet combo jointer/planer

I have a new Jet jointer/planer combo and finally put it together. I haven't tried it as a planer but I have used the jointer with some snipe. That was a week ago. Now, trying to use it again I can't get it to plane at all. The knob at the end of the wing that adjusts the cut height seems to move the table up and down but it is no longer parallel with the other table. A straight edge place on in feed or out feed table goes off above the other table at a slight angle.

In other words it's slightly uphill going toward the head and/or downhill on the out feed table.

Is there another adjustment that I'm missing?

Thanks for any suggestions.

I have a JJP-12 and I've never had a problem like that. But if I did I would immediately get on the phone to Jet for support. I had a minor electrical problem with the machine early on, and their service was excellent.

Yes, there are adjustments to make the tables co-planer. Should be in the manual. On my 12", they won't STAY co-planer but you can get them close and they stay close enough for most work. Don't know about the 10".
