Al Davis of the Oakland Raiders passed away today at his home.
Things havent gone well for the Raiders the last 10 years or so. Prior to that though, Starting in the 60's, The Raiders had a great body of work under Al Davis's ownership.
Not too many team owners are in the NFL Hall of Fame. Mr. Davis is, and deservedly so.
My thoughts and prayers to his family and the Raider Nation.
