I need to find a masking material who can be cut with the laser. I think to someting like Frisket but I don't know if Frisket contain vinyl.... I can't cut the masking material right on the part I want to paint, I need to make the mask alone, and apply it to the part after they are cut.

Thanks for any help !

Have you tried transfer tape?

Frank,
I use Drafting Film from Grafix the thick type(.003-.005mil) it is polyester but has no adheasive ... the clear is .002mil and has adheasive BUT is VINYL.
I get it from Michaels.

I use transfer tape, applying it to some scrap backing paper left from vinyl then tape onto something rigid. Before that I hand cut the frisket or used the plotter. Frisket is available in vinyl, polypropylene or polyester, you just have to look at a major art supply and check the manufacturer online.
