Hi,

I seem to remember about some problems with these clamps. Well today I was able to break a casting while tightining a clamp. I bought them at Woodcraft about a year ago during one of their sales. Is there anyone out there who has experienced this and what was the resolution?

Contact them and they will send you a replacement part for free. I don't know how to contact them directly, but an employee frequently posts over at woodnet and he replaced my broken parts with just a e-mail.

If you have troubles figuring out who to contact let me know and I'll look it up for you. I think his handle on wood net is Clampman.
