Hello Everyone!

I have an Accuris Powersharp series engraver and noticed that the X axis is not aligned right on my unit. The display shows a postion that is off by about .1" from where it actually is on the table ruler. My jobs are all off by .1" as well. Can anyone help me figure out how to correct this? I have done the re-homing feature on the control panel but it doesn't seem to fix the issue. The Y Axis is just fine.

Thanks!

Ed

Remove ruler , place masking tape where 0 position is, draw a line in Corel for the length of table to cut the tape, send the file to print. Now you have masking tape cut, remove top part, but your ruler against the top of the remaining tape an fastern it.
This procedure should align your X axis to proper position.

Tony,

Thank you for your reply.... I appreciate the guidance.... I followed your advice and figured out the rulers on the table aren't worth a squat! They are off and needed adjusted although I didn't figure that out until after your tip. Thanks again for getting me in the right direction. I appreciate it!

Thank You,

Ed
