Coloured and decorated lidded form.

This little hollow form is around 4 1/2" tall without the finial. The decoration is pyrographed in with the whole thing then dyed and silver gilt cream added to give that old metalized look I seem to keep putting on stuff lately! The finial is aluminium. I really like the textured pattern. Did you apply the silver to the entire piece or just the textured portions?
