The past couple of weeks, I have been working on some new pressure treated steps for my daughter and son-in-law's rental units. I was using my old Craftsman radial arm saw to dado out the 4"x4" posts into the trimmer joists. As I was completing the remaining ones last nite, I recalled that this past winter I had advertised it on Kijiji for sale, not once but twice and the second time with a reduced price. I had no calls either time. After sitting under cover for the last number of years, I felt as though space in my garage could be better used for future purchases. However, I now have no intention of selling unless I get floored with an offer, which I don't expect to. After seeing the quality of the cuts last nite, I wondered, what was I thinking? Has anyone else shared the same scenario?
