Levers?!?!

I ordered a couple bolts from Delta and received a couple green cast iron levers (part #1342087) instead. Called Delta; they said keep 'em and will send me the bolts. I don't know what the levers are for but know they retail through Delta for $55 a piece. If anybody knows what they're for and/or needs them let me know.
I'm still not yet in the digital camera age so I can't supply a picture but can describe them if needed.
