In the process of making a large cabinet one problem presented itself. How can the sides be held while the cross braces are installed. My first thought was to make a double ended pipe clamp. This would require threading one end of the pipe to make the correct sizes or maybe to buy some more pipe of a length that would accommodate the panels being held.
Then it came to me. I really only needed to be able to tighten the clamp on one end to hold the cross braces in place while I drove in the fasteners.
Took the static end off of a few pipe clamps to get what was needed for the job and voila!
