Looking for a spindle pulley for an old HD Delta shaper 43-205....they say the pulley has been dicontinued but I sure would like to get this old boy up and running. Any ideas on how to find a pulley, or modify something to fit? Thanks!!

Try Grainger.com.

You can try Richard at A&E precision tool, he does some work on delta spindle cartridges, might have pulleys or give a reference as to where to get one.

Otherwise perhaps checking ebay regularly, I have seen pulleys sold occasionally as NOS for some old delta shapers.
Or try this company which claims to have a replacement for the obsolete delta part numbers

+1 for Richard. I had him do one of my spindles, and it works great. I'm pretty sure he cleaned up my pully in the process also.
