Cermark Zinc Lunch Boxes

A customer brought in these zinc boxes for part of their yearly awards. Ceremark(LMM-6000) worked pretty good. It has rough finish to it even though the boxes are very smooth. It did not take too long to burn...about 20 minutes per box.

50 watt laser with 100P 23S 500PPI.

Cool idea, Dave, and you did a great job! Where did they ever get those lunch boxes? Not exactly the kind you see in Walmart, are they? But I can see that they would make great small tool boxes too. One for each set of tools: electrical, plumbing, etc. Being zinc, are they heavy?

Thanks Dee. The customer made them. I think they manufacture zinc for buildings or roofing. They were pretty light weight...just a few pounds.
