I own an Epilog Zing24 40w, I'm not even close to the time to replace the laser tube (keeping finger crossed), my question is this, does replacing the tube determine the wattage power, in other words, whenever I do need to replace the tube, if I want to up the wattage do I simply get a higher power tube ?
Thanks

you may also need a new power supply to go with the higher watt tube. In some cases
you will need to change from air cooling to a water cooled system. You'd need to talk
to the manufacturer, as you don't want to void a warranty that may come with the tube

will do, and I'm assuming an Epilog needs an Epilog tube and not a cheaper one from another manufacturer ?
p.s. @Chuck, I love your avatar ! ! LOL

Depends on the machine, when I inquired I found that my Epilog at 45 watts is the maximum it can handle.

I will just have to read over my tech sheets for this machine, a buddy of mine gave me every tech sheet for every epilog machine, I just need to find them :)
