I have custom that wants me to build some bathroom cabinets with barn boards. I was wondering if any web link with some good info on the ins and outs of building rustic looking cabinets any links would been appraciated.,

Eugene, let me just provide the warning that barn boards that are not carefully planed/sanded smoothly (IE, left rough) are very difficult to keep clean and can provide splinters. Be sure your client understands the ramifications of that before they sign off on the project. I know this from experience, because there was a host of cabinetry in our great room when we moved in that was constructed from barn boards. All that cabinetry is gone now. I don't mind it on the wainscot, but the cabinetry was untenable and a maintenance headache.
