I've looked at this a couple of times now, Charlie, and I have to say it's growing on me! Did you turn those grooves using some kind of off-center setup?

I'm a sucker for subtle details....is the little man drawn on there or etched or something? The signature is a nice touch too...

thanks Steve & Baxter, we have a Southern Virginia Artisan Center here in the ville but they mostly sell jewerly which is quite good by the way, i am planning to attend North Carolina Woodturners Symposium in november, i believe i can take 3 pieces for the instant gallery there , not sure if any of the greensboro/winston-salem gallery owners attend, there are a lot of great carolina turners/mville area turners
