I got a seriously gloat-worthy buy on a Kreg Beaded Faceframe jig. Actually I got one for myself and one for another member here. I resisted at 50% off at our local Woodcraft, but not at 70%. They said they'd never sold one and decided the shelf-space and money could be better invested in something else.

One alternative use I already thought of is using it as a box joint jig by attaching a sacrificial sub-fence to the main fence. Any other ideas?

My only advice is to cut the frames wide and screw both sides together, run them through the planer so they are exact and then route so they match exactly and cut to width. It is difficult to keep them from moving a little if done individually. You may have more skill at that than I but they do need to be exactly the same. Dave
