Tuning a Stanley #140 Skew Block Plane

Like many here, I read both this forum and Wood Central. For this that do not dial up WC, I have posted an article there on Tuning a Stanley #140. Even if you do not have a #140, some of the ideas can transfer easily to a standard high angle, open-mouthed block plane (such as a #220).
