I have been looking for a reasonably priced FOCUSED white Led light to use in a memorial I am putting together for the F.D. I work for. It needs to be small 1" dia or less flush mount. The plan is to have one on each side of the WTC steel that will be displayed on a pedestal for the 9-11 memorial with all the FDNY names engraved on the panels. Any leads would be appreciated. Thanks in advance. Ron:)

Ron,
You could try DinoDirect.com. I'm not sure if they have what you want but they have a lot of LED's. Their prices seem very low. We just bought some laser diodes from them for a few dollars a piece with free shipping.

http://sparkfun.com - probably isn't the absolute cheapest but they have some easy to use pre-done assemblies which is really nice for incompetents like me (not saying you are one.. just that I am and appreciate the easy use :D)
