I posted on the forum last week about the Carter quick release handle on my Powermatic 14in. BS. being broken. Have had this saw for about 3yrs. and someone said it had a 5yr. warranty. Called WMH tool group this past monday morning and got RIGHT THRU! Talked to a service tech (David ext 1322) and he talked me thru taking the saw apart on the upper wheel where the guts of the carter quick release is. Took it apart and found a sproket with broken teeth. Called David back about a hour later and told him what I had found. I gave him the part No. and he said he would ship it right out! All this took place on monday morning. Wednesday at noon UPS delivered the part!!! I've never had service this fast and this good. Just wanted to share this good story.
