The chairs were fun, and i spent a lot of time making sure they are comfortable in their design. Not sure I like doing chairs, but they are a good project to learn steam bending on.

Alex, great looking chairs. Do you mean you steam bent the spindles?

I steam bent the spindles and the crest rails on the back. I was surprised how differently air dried and kiln dried walnut behaved in steam bending.

Looks like a million bucks with the whole set in it's new home. Nice job again Alex.
By the way, when do we all get to come over for supper to try it out....
